In keeping with the current market trend, we are moving down on the price of our house. Still a good price and we have had several interested visitors. Tomorrow the house will be listed with the new, lower price and next week we will have a broker's open house.

Well, this last week, with slightly warmer weather and surprising 2-3 days of sun has brought us increased activity. We've had several people in to look at the house and many more "cruising" and taking flyers. Interestingly, yesterday we had a single girl look at the house. The other two "buyers" were single girls, who looked much like her. This house must have a "type".
This weekend promises to by SUNNY! Wouldn't that be nice!

Things are back in movement. This past weekend we had several potential buyers for the open house. The real estate agent told us that things are on the move again, and probably after tax deadline (15th), we will begin to see more activity.
We are working hard on Spanish.

Things seem to be slow in the real estate market- especially for our house. After selling the house twice in as many months, this is the 2nd weekend with no visitors to the open house. I think things are slow all over. Still, slow doesn't mean no movement. I remain confident that the house will sell and we can be on our way.
This weekend promises to be sunny- something we haven't seen in some time. Let's see how things go.

I got some feedback from the Uruguay user group I subscribe to. I asked about the market for glass etching and they seemed to indicate that it is not seen much in the country, even though there are many high end houses being built on the coast. Sounds promising
This weekend will be the second open house (in our current round of sales). It will be cold and rainy- still hope for some traffic.

Well, we didn't have any traffic at the open house, this weekend. Of course the weather was miserable, so who can blame them? So, as of this Wednesday, we will be one week back on the market. Way too early to even think about panicking.
That will come later....
