Friday is Here

Well, we are coming up to the weekend and have an open house scheduled for Saturday, after the failure of our 2nd sale. Hoping to find another buyer- one who will stick with the purchase.

Given our track record, we will sell fast and fail even faster. The first sale took 3 weeks to fail, the second only 9 days. Probably the buyer will change his mind on the way out of the house....

We'll see.
