Even retired folks have to work. But uruguayans are nice people but also we have a pinch of cheaters...lots of people tried to get the discount not living in the area, just asking a friend for a electric bill or something. So the company that runs the toll stopped believing and started to check and check again. They of course want you to pay more, just business.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
